Schools & Colleges
Yoga for students will entail yogic Asanas, Pranayama, Chanting and other yogic practices put in a fun and exciting way through games and interactive sessions. Improving memory, decreasing lethargy and building immunity in the mind and body are integral parts of this workshop.
A workshop that deals with the needs of the individuals battling with stress and pressure, needing to look good at all times. This yoga workshop effectively assists in giving you a beautiful glow, energises the body and mind, healthy blood circulation, and keeps you calm and centered.
Pre- Post Natal Yoga
Sessions can be conducted as per the need of the group. Gentle Asana, breath focus, Dhyana to improve metabolism, improve absorption of nutrients in the body, activate memory, giving mind clarity and balancing mood swings and hormonal fluctuations. The workshop in the Post- natal stage focuses on toning the body and making muscles supple in target areas.
